Seabreeze...Definitely stick with a clumping bamboo. Seabreeze and Graceful are very fast and both are plenty hardy in your area. The Seabreeze will be larger, getting 35-45' and creating a large privacy wall. Graceful is good if you have a narrow planting space or are going near a fence or structure.
